'The Service', we do not charge any fees in advance, our fees are taken Monthly so if we do not collect your rent we don't get paid, we do not sanction any works or repairs to your property without you first being informed and advised as to the cost. We pay the rent to you anyway you wish at no extra cost. We treat each property and tenant as if it was our own because at the end of the day we want to keep your business whilst you keep your property and more importantly ensure that personal approachable service that perhaps you might not have with your current agent.
